01About this policy
This policy explains the privacy choices and limitations that apply when you visit get-fizz.com, connect a wallet, create or trade a token, use the swap interface or contact us. “getFizz,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the operator of the getFizz interface. Contact: support@get-fizz.com.
The interface is noncustodial. We do not hold your private keys or control your wallet. You authorize and submit blockchain transactions through your wallet. Smart contracts and liquidity pools may hold assets involved in those transactions.
02Information covered by this policy
The information covered depends on how you use getFizz. Public wallet and blockchain data may be personal information when linked to an identifiable person.
- Public wallet addresses, transaction hashes, token balances, contract events, trades, liquidity and graduation activity.
- Token names, tickers, descriptions, images and links you submit. Uploaded content and token metadata are intended for public display.
- Your email address and the contents of support or privacy requests you send us.
03Sources of information
Information comes from you, a wallet you choose to connect and public Base blockchain records. Browsing the landing page or token directory does not require a wallet connection. When you connect a wallet, the interface requests the accounts you authorize it to access.
04Public blockchain records
Base and its Ethereum settlement layer are public networks. Wallet addresses, transactions, token activity and contract events may be permanently accessible through nodes, explorers and other independent services.
We cannot edit, reverse or delete public blockchain records. Disconnecting your wallet, clearing a watchlist or submitting a privacy request does not remove onchain history. Avoid including personal information in public token metadata or transactions.
05Fees and transaction information
Supported launch markets apply a 1% trading fee, split between creator-selected recipients and the protocol treasury. Creating a token may also incur a protocol launch commission, an initial purchase and network gas. Conversion routes may have additional costs. Review the current launch terms, quote and wallet confirmation before signing.
Fees are collected through the relevant blockchain contracts. Public transaction records can reveal amounts and recipients. We do not collect payment-card details through the token launch or trading interface.
06Retention
Support and privacy requests are retained only as needed to respond, resolve disputes and meet applicable obligations. Public blockchain history may persist indefinitely.
Removing public token content does not remove copies held by other people, caches or independent services.
07Your rights and choices
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of personal information held offchain; object to or restrict certain uses; withdraw consent; or appeal a decision. You may also complain to the relevant data protection authority.
Send requests to support@get-fizz.com with enough information to locate the relevant records. We may need to verify your identity or authority using proportionate means, but will never ask for your private key or recovery phrase. Rights may be subject to legal exceptions. We cannot change public blockchain records and will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable rights.
- Browse public pages without connecting a wallet.
- Disconnect your wallet, manage its permissions and clear local storage.
- Avoid publishing personal information in token names, descriptions, images or links.
08United States disclosures
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Depending on your state and whether its law applies, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of personal information, and appeal a denied request.
Submit requests to support@get-fizz.com. The public interface does not ask you to submit sensitive identity information to browse, launch or trade. Public content you voluntarily publish may nevertheless contain personal or sensitive information.
09Children
getFizz is intended for adults aged 18 or older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact support@get-fizz.com so we can consider appropriate action for records under our control.
10Policy changes
We update this policy as the interface or applicable requirements change. The effective date shown at the top of this page identifies the current version, and earlier versions are superseded by it. We communicate material changes through the interface or another appropriate channel.
11Contact
Send privacy questions, requests or complaints to support@get-fizz.com. We acknowledge requests we can verify and answer within the period the law that applies to you allows.
